Of course, we had to have beignets.  We had already been telling Sean and trying to describe the fluffy, deep-fried pillows of dough swimming in powdered sugar.  The boys liked them because they've inherited my love of carbs.

Preparing for Our Trip

Daddy took Sean to a local scuba shop and found a mask, snorkel, and fins.  Sean is excited to try them out on our trip to Florida.  And Jack is excited too!
