Even though Daddy had to work on a big project this weekend, today we went to the Japan Fest at Hermann Park for a couple of hours. The weather was nice but it's already getting hot. We ate some food and checked out the booths (I didn't know that there were Japanese astronauts). I got some cotton candy which I haven't had in over a decade, but Sean wasn't interested in eating any. He does like his Pocky though (strawberry, of course).
Here is Sean enjoying the new bath towels from Grandma and Paw-Paw. What a ham! (Thank you to Grandma and Paw-Paw!)
Daddy had to work on a project this weekend so Sean and I went to our favorite hamburger/hot dog place for a little lunch date. It is literally a "hole in the wall" kinda place but they do have the best old-fashioned burgers (and cash only! But yes, they are that good). Sean's enjoying his choo-choo of jams.
Yesterday was the first day that Sean had chocolate. Well, he had some dark chocolate before and spit it out. But all the Easter candy I bought was either white chocolate or milk chocolate. And he likes it! We really have to limit his daily intake or he would eat it all in one day. Here you can see him enjoying some already. And we've been saying that Sean is definitely my boy. (Not that all the dim sum and rice weren't already an indication...)
